• Full name
• Birthdate
• Death date
• Place of Birth (Parish, Municipality, District)
• Residence (Parish, Municipality, District)
• Family information (names, relationship)
• Photo

Memorial in honor of the deceased:

Details of the person who registers to pay Tribute:

• Name
• Location
• Email

For TMD therapy:

• Name
• Address
• Email
• NIF

Legitimate purposes and Lawfulness of processing

The personal data provided by the data subjects within the scope of the use of our services are only those strictly necessary for the purposes described, with all transparency and guarantees of security and confidentiality in the treatment.

Your personal data are processed whenever necessary and pertinent to provide our services, namely to:

• Management of the contractual relationship;
• Provide information that you request;
• Compliance with our legal obligations, including in the exercise of rights or in any legal proceedings.
• For other processing purposes, which are deemed necessary and legitimate
• For commercial and marketing initiatives to promote our services, by sending newsletters and publications, organizing or co-organizing events or seminars. In these cases, Funeral Therapy Services will inform the data subjects and will previously request their free, specific and explicit consent, informing them that they can withdraw it at any time.
